Dear Parents,

Another year has gone by in a flash. I have enjoyed my first year here at Grandview. It has been wonderful getting to know the parents and community better  and having an opportunity to work with your children. I would like to help you help your child continue to learn over the summer. To that end I have collected some fun and useful websites and asked teachers for some of their favorites that students of all ages would enjoy while learning. I hope you have an opportunity to check them out. They would be a nice change of pace from the tv or video gamesJ And remember that reading is a great pastime! Enjoy your summer and we will see you again in August!

The first day of school for the 2008-2009 school year will be August 14, 2008.  The first day will be a half day.

District Enrollment Information     

Winter Weather Safety Procedures
The cold weather has arrived and students should dress appropriately.  The district policy states that students will be outside if the temperature, or the wind chill, is above 20 degrees.  Please be sure no child is here before 8:00 because they will have to wait until someone is on duty to enter the building not matter what the temperature is. Also, if it is at all possible please be sure to not to drop your child off until 8:15 if they are eating breakfast and 8:25 if they are not eating breakfast.
